Program Description
Effective date: August 17, 2026. Trinity Management Group, LLC ("TMG") sends work-assignment text messages to its own employees and subcontractors. Each message contains the following workday's job site address, start time, scope of work, and material pickup instructions. TMG does not send marketing, promotional, or customer-facing text messages through this program.
Who Participates and How Consent Is Obtained
This program is limited to individuals who perform work for TMG as employees or subcontractors. It is not open to the general public, and TMG does not offer text message signup through this website. Employees and subcontractors provide their mobile telephone number directly to TMG on a signed written acknowledgment form at hire or onboarding. The form discloses the purpose and frequency of the messages, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out. Signed forms are retained in the personnel file. TMG does not purchase, rent, lease, or obtain mobile numbers from any third party.
Message Frequency and Cost
Participants receive approximately one work-assignment message per workday. Frequency varies with scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. TMG does not charge for these messages; any charges come from your own mobile carrier under your own plan.
How to Stop Messages
Reply STOP to any message to end messages at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further work-assignment texts. If you opt out, you remain responsible for obtaining your work assignment directly from your supervisor. Opting out will not affect your employment or your engagement as a subcontractor.

Privacy and Contact
Mobile telephone numbers collected for this program are not sold, rented, leased, traded, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes, and mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
