Trinity Management Group, LLC ("TMG," "we," "us," or "our") operates tmgfla.com and provides property management and real estate investment services in Pasco County and the surrounding Tampa Bay area of Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number when you contact us through this website, inquire about our services, or enter into a business relationship with us. Employment and contractor information: if you perform work for us as an employee or subcontractor, we collect the information necessary to engage, schedule, and pay you, including your mobile telephone number. Website usage information: this site is hosted on a third-party platform that may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse.

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, to provide and administer our property management services, to communicate with our employees and subcontractors about work assignments, to meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and to operate and secure this website.

TMG operates a text message program used to send daily work assignments to our own employees and subcontractors. The program is described in full in our SMS Terms and Conditions. Participants receive approximately one work-assignment message per workday; message frequency varies with scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise share mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. Mobile numbers are disclosed only to the telecommunications vendors that transmit our messages, and only for the purpose of delivering those messages on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers who perform functions on our behalf and are obligated to protect it; to our accountants, attorneys, and insurers; and where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to establish or protect our legal rights.

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, and for as long as required by applicable law and our tax and recordkeeping obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you, using the contact information below. Text message recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. This website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
